What is the KIRA Score?

The KIRA Score is an explainable 0–100 rating for an Indian stock. It blends fundamentals, business quality, management, institutional activity, financial strength, valuation, technicals and risk into a single letter grade — and shows you exactly why. It is a research signal, not a buy or sell call.

Above the score sits the Gatekeeper: a risk layer that screens news, regulatory actions, promoter exits, block deals and brokerage rating changes before a stock is judged.

Every published report marks its sources: figures from filings are shown plainly, KIRA's own analysis is marked, and anything unverified is labelled as such.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is the KIRA Score?
The KIRA Score is an explainable 0–100 rating for an Indian stock. It combines fundamentals, business quality, management, institutional activity, financial strength, valuation, technicals and risk into a single grade, with a Gatekeeper layer that screens news, regulation and promoter activity. It is a research signal, not a buy or sell recommendation.
Is KIRA registered with SEBI?
No. KIRA Markets is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst. KIRA publishes research and educational material only and does not provide personalised investment advice. Nothing published is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Please consult a SEBI-registered adviser before investing.
Which markets does KIRA cover?
KIRA covers Indian equities listed on the NSE and BSE, along with mainboard IPOs. Coverage currently spans large, mid and small-cap companies across sectors.
How is KIRA different from a stock screener?
A screener hands you filtered data and leaves the judgement to you. KIRA does the reading — every score comes with the specific strengths, weaknesses, plain-language summary and risks behind it, plus a Gatekeeper risk layer and source marks showing what is filed fact versus KIRA analysis.
